Description of Service

Quotezic is a Shopify application that enables merchants to:

  • Add a “Request a Quote” button to product and collection pages

  • Hide prices, Add-to-Cart, or Buy Now buttons

  • Collect and manage quote submissions

  • Allow multi-item quote requests

  • Generate quote PDFs (Pro & Premium plans)

  • Convert quotes to draft orders (Premium plan)

  • Export quotes to CSV/XLSX (Premium plan)

  • Integrate with third-party tools (e.g., MailChimp, Zapier, Slack, SMTP, ReCaptcha)

Features vary depending on your selected subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Premium).

Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use Quotezic, you must:

  • Have an active Shopify store

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate store information

  • Comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity conducted through it.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Quotezic offers:

  • Free Plan (limited monthly and lifetime quotes)

  • Pro Plan (monthly subscription with trial option)

  • Premium Plan (monthly subscription with advanced features)

All payments:

  • Are processed via Shopify

  • Are billed in USD

  • Renew automatically unless canceled

  • May include a 30-day free trial (for paid plans)

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or limitation of service.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features at any time.

Usage Limits

Each plan includes defined usage limits, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly quote limits

  • Total lifetime quote limits (Free plan)

  • Access to export, draft order, webhook, or PDF features

Exceeding usage limits may require upgrading your subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quotezic to:

  • Send spam or misleading quote requests

  • Collect sensitive or illegal information

  • Interfere with app performance

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Reverse engineer or copy proprietary components

  • Promote illegal or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

Data & Merchant Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of quote forms

  • Customer communications

  • Pricing decisions

  • Legal compliance regarding quotations and contracts

Quotezic does not guarantee that quote requests will result in sales or contracts.

We are not responsible for disputes between merchants and customers.

Third-Party Integrations

Quotezic may integrate with:

  • Shopify

  • MailChimp

  • Zapier

  • Slack

  • SMTP providers

  • Google reCAPTCHA

  • Other automation tools

We are not responsible for service interruptions, data handling, or policies of third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Quotezic, including software, branding, features, and design elements, remain the exclusive property of Pixelfic Inc.

You may not:

  • Copy or distribute the app’s source code

  • Create derivative SaaS products

  • Resell the application

  • Use branding without written permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Quotezic is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all Shopify themes or third-party apps

Pixelfic Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Lost revenue or profits

  • Data loss

  • Business interruption

  • Customer disputes

  • Technical conflicts with other apps

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

Refund Policy

Refunds for paid subscriptions are handled according to Shopify’s billing policies.

Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the billing cycle renews.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse

  • Fraud

  • Violation of Terms

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Engage in abusive behavior

  • Attempt fraudulent payments

  • Use pirated or manipulated versions of the app

  • Cause harm to the app or its users

You may uninstall the app at any time through your Shopify admin.

Updates & Feature Changes

We continuously improve Quotezic.

We reserve the right to:

  • Add new features

  • Remove features

  • Modify existing functionality

  • Discontinue specific plans

We do not guarantee indefinite updates or lifetime feature availability.

Data Access & Permissions

By installing Quotezic, you grant us permission to access certain Shopify store data necessary for operation, including:

  • Products

  • Orders (when draft order feature is used)

  • Customer information submitted via quote forms

  • Online store settings

Access is limited strictly to what is required to operate the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
